I am adding advertisers daily! I will also be posting contributing articles to the website from experts in the child-rearing/ family-related profession as well as a community calendar and other helpful content! If you have any suggestions, would like to see something in particular, or can recommend a favorite business, please feel free to contact me! I would love to hear your suggestions! This is a tool for mommies (and Dads) to help navigate the crazy world of parenting!!
I started the ACTIVE KIDS, because although I was born and raised in Danville and have lived in Pleasanton for 10 years, until I became a mom, I wasn't familiar with any kid-related business. Aside from Babies R Us, I was a bit lost! I wanted to create a directory specifically targeted to the East Bay/680 corridor that included anything and everything kids (with a little for mommy too!). I also wanted to offer smaller businesses a cost-effective marketing vehicle where they could gain awareness for their companies.
I will be adding tons of fun and unique products and services, from music classes, boutiques, play places, birthday party venues, etc., please check back! The publication and website just launched and continue sto grow each and every month!
